What we collect
Only what you type into a request form, such as the plan cancellation request: your name, phone or email, license plate or sticker number, and any note. We save it with the time it was sent.
Who sees it
The request is emailed to the wash’s manager and owner and saved in the site’s records, so they can see what has been handled. The companies that host the site and send its email handle it only to provide those services.
Cookies
The site sets a cookie only when staff or the manager sign in, to keep them signed in. Customers get no cookies. There are no ads, no tracking cookies and no analytics.
Other services the site uses
Your browser loads the site’s fonts from Google Fonts. The directions buttons open Apple Maps, Google Maps or Waze, which follow their own privacy policies. The company that hosts the site keeps standard server logs. To slow down spam, the server keeps your network address in memory for a while after you send a form. It is not saved with your request.
